In short, you don't often come across them with this equipment. This vehicle is completely original and unmolested, and also comes with all booklets and a completed service book up to 240,000 km (See photos). The Mercedes was originally delivered in Germany, after which it went to France in 2006. It has since been started up after having stood still for 10 years. Logically, a major service is required. The engine runs well, however, no oil pressure is indicated on the instrument panel. Experience tells us that this may be due to a defective oil pressure sensor. For the model year around 1977, it still belongs to the Dino era (meaning before the Ferrari name officially appeared on the car). Production figures Total production: 840 units Engine: 2.0-liter V8 (1991 cc) Power: approx. 170 hp Why the 208 existed The 208 GT4 was made specifically for the Italian market. At that time, a heavy luxury tax applied in Italy to cars with a displacement exceeding 2 liters; therefore, Ferrari released a 2.0-liter version of the 308 GT4. Interesting fact: some 208s were later converted to the 3.0-liter specification, making original 208 motor cars even rarer.
